Account Coordinator

Role

A JAM Account Coordinator liaises with clients and coordinates with creative, production, and development teams to execute projects for some of Canada’s biggest brands. Supported by a team of over 100 one-to-one communication experts, you’ll enjoy a culture that promotes personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Project management, including creative revisions, coordination of meetings, approvals and workback schedules
  • Liaising with creative teams and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothly and on time
  • Liaising with client and addressing day-to-day challenges and opportunities
  • Fostering positive client and internal relationships
  • Coordination and execution of general/miscellaneous requests in the daily running of the account
  • Developing a thorough understanding of Direct Mail and Email best practices
  • Ensuring all internal departments have all necessary information, materials and elements in a timely manner

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Advertising/Marketing communications and/or agency experience is an asset
  • Direct and/or Digital experience is an asset
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • French is an asset
